This year’s theme was a modern twist to our “Open Air Farmers Market”. Combined with this modern twist, we incorporated our many outstanding vendors, such as:

City of Hope is a premier research hospital dedicated to the treatment and cure of cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Each year, thousands of supporters gather at City of Hope’s campus in Duarte, CA for Walk for Hope. An event that raises awareness, support and research funds for women’s cancers. The fresh produce and floral industry not only supports the walk as Team Produce, but also provides sponsorship dollars and donates product to be distributed to the more than 9,000 Walk attendees. 2016 was a beautiful year for anniversaries, as the City of Hope celebrated:

20TH ANNIVERSARY FOR THE WALK & 10TH ANNIVERSARY FOR TEAM PRODUCE
TEAM PRODUCE had over 150 VOLUNTEERS, WALKERS, SUPPORTERS at this years event.

Appx $63,000 in sponsorship’s, additionally $6000.00 in Team donations
Appx, $85,000 in fresh produce and floral products distributed to appx 10,000 total attendees.

TOTAL GIVEBACK for TEAM PRODUCE IS OVER $154,000.00
