Natalie Machado is National Director of Marketing. She says that inspiration comes from company CEO and founder Robert Thompson, his spirit and passion driving the entire organization. She thinks of FreshSource as an extension of its vendor partners, the best industry brands. FreshSource invests heavily in boots on the ground to merchandise their products.
Shannon Dambach, National Director of Sales, considers FreshSource a sales and merchandising solutions company, responding to the needs of its partners and retailers in the areas of promotions, industry events and ensuring store displays look their best. For her, FreshSource is a family, supporting and mentoring each other and treating partners in the same spirit.
National Director of Retail Dave Juarez notes that FreshSource has far larger merchandising field teams than any of its competitors. The company’s market strategy is all about execution, he says, the sales team working at the corporate level, the merchandising team setting up and maintaining displays and the marketing team recapping the field work.
